I have been trying...
...to sit down to write the perfect review. I won’t be able to do that because there aren’t enough wonderful words to use. This whole experience has been humbling and ultimately empowering. Nancy is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. She came into my home gently wiped away my embarrassment and shame and gave me the power to take back not just my room but my life. I can honestly say that I received more from my short time with her than I have from therapy. I would recommend her a million times to a million people. I wish I was better with words. I wish everyone who reads this review could see the impact she had on my home and my mental health. She is amazing in every way. For those more interested in time and money I’ll say this, we agreed on a block of hours that I was 100% sure would need to be doubled and instead I have hours banked for another time. Calling Ducks in a Row for help was hard but the best decision I’ve made.

Nancy changed my life!
I was so overwhelmed with too much clutter. Everything with Nancy was easy - from the initial meeting to picking organizing bins. I especially loved her thorough communication and documentation. Nancy handled everything with ease and tailored everything to my needs. She was never judgmental and always made me feel comfortable. I never felt pressured to get rid of things I loved. Best of all, she empowered me with knowledge and confidence to KEEP my home clutter free. I love getting ready in the morning in my beautifully organized bedroom and bathroom. Nancy is a true professional...
and a pleasure to work with. My bedroom, master bath, and closet were a cluttered mess and I was overwhelmed as to where to start to get them organized. She came in and helped me sort through EVERYTHING! She helped with what to keep, what to throw away, and what to donate. She sent me links on what to buy to organize my spaces, and now I can let family and friends see my spaces without embarrassment. I can find what I need and everything has a place. It was like working with a friend organizing my spaces. She made me feel at ease and made the whole process so much easier for me. I can't stress enough what a joy she has been in helping me organize my home. The before and after is like the difference in night and day. She taught me how to fold and organize the clothes in my drawers and I even have a few empty drawers now. My closet is wonderfully organized and I have no problem putting up my clothes now. The master bath turned out better than I could have hoped for. Everything has a place, making it easy to keep organized going forward. Working with Nancy was a dream come true and my husband and for me. I highly recommend her for your organization needs.

Nancy brought order...
not just to our home, but also to my mental health! We had clutter that was getting constantly rearranged or pushed out of sight completely. We couldn't figure out where to start, much less how to finish the job, leaving me overwhelmed and living in a constant state of anxiety and shame. Trying to move forward in our lives felt impossible. Now, every room in our home is a place we like to be. This brings us happiness every single day. Our dog, Carl, found a new best friend in Nancy, and thanks to her, all of Carl's things found a proper home in our house. Laundry has a place to go when it comes out of the dryer so chairs are no longer covered with clothes! Everything in our kitchen is accessible and makes sense! My bathroom was a mess!
I downsized from a two-bathroom house with lots of storage space to a one-bathroom apartment with very little. The unpackers simply dumped everything onto the countertop and I had been living with that clutter for too long. Nancy took pictures and measurements, made a plan, and organized the contents of the vanity using baskets and bins and trays. She helped me identify things that needed culling. She installed a wall-mounted shelving unit hidden discreetly behind the bathroom door that allows me to see exactly what products I have and what I might need, without having to bend over and rummage in dark cabinet spaces.
